Playground Update
The PTO work of updating our playground at Spitler has become a reality. These last few weeks have seen quite a facelift to the playground area. The old wooden structure has been removed, and a new implement has been put in place with the addition of two tire swings. A couple of ADA-accessible swings have also been added. Much of the fencing has been reinforced and cleaned up. This could not have happened without the hard work of many volunteers who have put in countless hours of sweat equity.
Still to come are an Outdoor Classroom structure, new sidewalks, and an arched entrance. We are very excited about this update and extremely thankful to all who have worked so hard to make it happen. We hope to have a Grand Re-Opening when everything is finished.
